From Havre de Grace Police:
On Friday December 26, 2014 at 11:30am officers from the Havre de Grace Police Department responded to the 900 block of Greenway Court in reference to a missing person. Family members told officers that Catherine Elizabeth Mace, 43, was last seen at their home in the 900 block of Greenway Court at 2:00am on December 26th. At approximately 7:00am family members noticed that Mrs. Mace was not in the residence and located a cell phone and other personal items of Mrs. Mace that were left in the home. Mrs. Mace did not have access to a vehicle and foul play is not suspected.
Officers from the Havre de Grace Police Department immediately began searching for Mrs. Mace. A large scale search effort was initiated with the assistance from the Maryland State Police Aviation Division, the Department of Natural Resources Police, the organization Search and Rescue Dogs of Maryland (SARDOM), the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Aviation Division, Harford County Emergency Operations, and various volunteer fire companies from Harford County. This joint search effort began moments after officers received the call from family members, continued through the night, and throughout Saturday, December 27, 2014. As of 5:00pm on December 27, 2014 Mrs. Mace has not been located.
Catherine Elizabeth Mace is 43 years old, weighs approximately 150 pounds, is approximately 5’7” tall with long blonde hair, has tattoos covering both arms, and was last seen wearing a black jacket and tan hiking boots. Below this release is a picture of Mrs. Mace.
