The Harford County Cultural Arts Board, in partnership with Harford Cable Network, produces the bi-monthly television program Kaleidoscope. Hosted by Carolyn Black-Sotir, each show highlights the latest in arts and entertainment information in Harford County. The current show airing through December 2014 features interviews with:
•Mark and Colleen Grotke- President and Board Member, Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concert on December 6, 2014 at Bel Air High School
•Jason Brant- Writer

The “Out and About” segment, which takes the viewer out into the community, spotlights the Harford Dance Theatre’s original production of Harriet’s Happiest Halloween at Harford Community College.
