One victim was rushed to a local hospital after falling from the King and Queens Seat in Rocks State Park Wednesday evening, fire officials said.
The incident occurred at approximately 5 p.m., according to the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association. Members of the Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company and the Harford County Technical Rescue Team responded to the scene.
A single patient was was extricated from the area and was transported to a regional trauma center, the association said. Additional information from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Police was not immediately available Wednesday night.

When a very ill person call 911 and an ambulance is dispatched, the caller is billed for the ambulance service in many jurisdictions. When people do stupid things that require police or fire department response, why are they not billed for the service. Why do I have to pay for someone’s stupid actions?
