The Department of Public Works, Division if Environmental Services has received a $33,000 grant from the Md Dept of the Environment to enhance electronic waste recycling.. Accepting CRT televisions and computer monitors at the Harford Waste Disposal Center at no cost to the public began on October 27 and will continue until funds are depleted. Fees WILL apply to customers with household trash in addition to the electronics.
U S Marine Corps Reserve is collecting Toys for Tots again this Christmas Season. There is a toy collection box in the lobby of the Harford County Office Building at 212 South Main Street – Bel Air
