From Harford County government:
Please join us as the Harford County Detachment 1198 Marine Corps League raises the flag in honor of the Marine Corps Birthday and Veterans Day. The Marines will gather at 7:30am in front of the County Administration Building in Bel Air for a brief ceremony and raise the flag at 8am.
