Where’s the discussion on the purchase of additional contaminated waterfront acreage in HdG to the tune of nearly another million w/ projected clean up costs STARTING at 300K and that could go much higher. In the meantime we’ll tear down the 400 year old house on the Winters Run Golf Course property that could be purchased and turned over to a non-profit for a rose garden or other such community use and that I’m sure could be had for far less than a million bucks and counting – there is historical and esthetic value to people in Belair. Anybody with grey matter knew Craig would pull this crap on the way out. I understand the problem with limited funds and competing interests but really no way to save a 400 year old house, no help from the county…, but OK to buy dirty land that for all we know could be rendered nearly unusable in terms of heavy metal and other contaminants. Shame on him and where’s the justified outrage?
