From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
Deputies want to speak to the man pictured here in connection to an attempted theft from the Fallston Walmart, on August 18. An employee approached the suspect when he tried to leave with merchandise. The man shoved the employee and pulled a knife threatening the employee. The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male in his mid 40s. He was wearing a gray T-shirt, dark colored pants and had a goatee and mustache. Anyone with information is asked to call the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
Anyone with information regarding the identity of those involved is encouraged to contact Detective Michael Berg of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office at 443-409-3302.
Anyone with information regarding the crime who wishes to remain anonymous may report their information through the following methods listed below. Qualifying tips submitted to the tip lines below that lead to an arrest and indictment may be eligible for up to $ 2,000.00 in rewards.

Move to opportunity, is it? Farmer sells out, rezone is quickly, dig out any contaminated dirt, bring in new dirt, corner cutter housing builder comes in and erects 350,000 dollar 2 story Colonial with concrete driveway, 2 years later half the neighborhood has gone to foreclosure and short sale’s.
Fallston is hardly considered northern Harford County.

Why is it Walmart seems to attract this sort of thing? By all means let’s shove another Walmart in the center of Belair that way attracting miscreants, degenerates and thieves. Want to bring an area down quickly build a Walmart.
The area is already “brung down.” Read the Bel Air, and surrounding area Police blotter.
Did you see “Drugs Inc” episode of Baltimore? They didn’t show Route 40, it was scenes on Route 1 near 152, and “Bel Air.”
These areas are just full of people who think they live in Pleaseantville, Harford County and everything is peachy.
Point given. You have folks who never consider crime, much less the danger of just walking to your car mostly as a result of being somewhat in a bubble. Add to it a hideous store like Walmart that for whatever reason seems to attract criminals and other riff raft, put them together and you have active criminals with perfect victims. Parking lots of big box stores with easy in and out access are the perfect places to rob people, steal things or whatever. It’s not just blacks either – low lifes come in many colors.
The post office gets robbed twice, the BBT gets robbed and Walmart stops a robbery in progress and they are the problem….

Here’s the problem.Most of these criminals have lengthy records. The police lock them up and the bleeding heart judges and juries let them walk ( especially in Balto city). Plea bargains are the norm not the exception, Good behavior and time served equals little or no time spent in jail.The Dems are in the process of disarming us and since there is no death penalty the criminals are running the show. All hail O’Malley and Brown and the rest of the Dems for making us all sitting ducks.

This is one of the main reasons I like to stay away from Walmart. I find that the Walmart around me has lots of sketchy people in it… Sometimes I don’t feel sale.
