Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation teams up with the Maryland Wineries Association for the Second Annual Harvest at Swan Harbor Farm. The event will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Swan Harbor Farm located at 401 Oakington Road in Havre de Grace. Swan Harbor Farm, a popular wedding venue, is situated on 531 acres overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.
The event celebrates local wine, agriculture and artisans. People can experience how Harford County brings in the fall harvest at historic Swan Harbor Farm, where they can taste and buy wine by the glass, bottle or case from Maryland wineries.
Visitors can also enjoy music and food. The cost is $25 for General Admission, $15 for non-drinkers and free for children under ten years old. The event runs from 11am to 5pm. If you would like more information or to purchase tickets, log onto www.marylandwine.org/harvest.
