Resident Stabbed Multiple Times During Robbery at Edgewood Home

From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:

At approximately 11:30 pm on September 4, deputies responded to a call for a stabbing in the 1000 block of Waterside Court in Edgewood. Upon arrival deputies met with the resident, a black male age 42, who told them he answered his door that evening and was confronted by three men demanding prescription drugs and money. At some point, there was an altercation between the suspects and the victim resulting in the victim being stabbed multiple times.

Deputies also spoke with the victim’s wife, black female age 44, who said one of the suspects approached her upstairs in the home, displayed a gun, and demanded prescription drugs and money. The suspects fled the residence with prescription drugs, a cell phone and an undisclosed amount of money. She was not injured.

Three children, ages 7, 8, and 12 were in the home at the time. They were unaware of the incident. The resident was transported to a regional trauma center with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects are described as follows:

1. Black male, 6’1”, thick build wearing blue jeans, a red shirt and a hat with a blue bandana covering his face.

2. Black male, 5’7”-5’8”, skinny build

3. Black male, wearing jeans and a red shirt
