This month marks the 50th Anniversary of the erecting of the Bel Air Town Hall on Hickory Ave in Bel Air. Prior to the building of the present structure the “Town Fathers” and administration met in various locations, the last in a WWII style corrugated building at the dead end of Pennsylvania Ave.
In a coming issue I will send my annual report on my attendance at this year’s Md. Association of Counties meeting in Ocean City. It was another very informative year with lots of changes affecting citizens.
SEP 6 APPRAISAL EVENT Historical Society of Harford County is sponsoring an Appraisal event at the Bel Air Armory from 9 am to 3 PM. Admission is $10 per item with a Max of three items. Twenty or more professional appraisers will be in attendance. Check your attic. Your fortune may be up there.

is he going to talk about the pay raise he voted for? County employees can’t vote for raises and he has the nerve to talk about everything else, but voting more money for “part-time” employees. Guess he thinks his coffee talk with make the voters forget that he wants to get a pay raise.
