The Harford County Cultural Arts Board within the Department of Community Services, in partnership with Harford Cable Network, produces the bi-monthly television program Kaleidoscope. Hosted by Carolyn Black-Sotir, each show highlights the latest in arts and entertainment information in Harford County. The current show airing through August 2014 features interviews with:
– Rachel Harbin- Disabilities Coordinator, Harford County Department of Community Services – “Art Without Boundaries”
– Ben Cox- Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation – “Aberdeen Summer Concert Series”
– Erika Quesenbery Sturgill/Angela Rose- Bel Air Downtown Alliance – “2014 Maryland State BBQ Bash”
The “Out and About” segment, which takes the viewer into the community, spotlights the Harford Ballet Company’s performance of Cinderella.
