The Board of Education of Harford County met for an open business meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the A. A. Roberty Building and took the following actions and received the following presentations:
Board Committee Reports and Comments
Public Comment
– Ryan Burbey (HCEA)- teacher salary and program funding
– Michael Hitchings- suggestions for BOE surrounding Havre de Grace MS/HS Education Specifications
– Phil Powell- Recognize Work Session presentation on Havre de Grace MS/HS and request vote to move process forward in Havre de Grace
Old Business: Action Items
– Decision on Appointments and Promotions by Mrs. Jean Mantegna
– Mr. Craig Malone, School Counselor at the Alternative Education Program has been named 12-month Assistant Principal at the Alternative Education Program
– Approved the decision on Havre de Grace Middle/High replacement school
Educational Specifications by Mr. Joe Licata, Mr. Cornell Brown, Mr. Joe Schmitz, Mr. Rob Limpert, Mr. Chris Morton, Ms. Ariana Langord and Ms. Sue Garrett
