Harford County Chamber of Commerce announces that the nomination form and guidelines are now available for the 2014 Harford Award. This program is an opportunity to nominate an outstanding Harford County business or organization for recognition. Self-nominations are encouraged. The prestigious awards honor companies and organizations which exemplify a strong commitment to the Harford County business community. Awards will be presented in seven categories including Entrepreneur; Retail; Main Street; Manufacturing/Distribution; R&D/Technology; and Non-profit Organization. Businesses and organizations in Harford County are encouraged to complete applications which can be found on the Chamber’s website: http://web.harfordchamber.org/events/Harford-Award-274/details. All application materials are due to the Harford County Chamber of Commerce by 5:00 p.m. on July 22nd.
The upcoming annual Harford Award ceremony and reception, themed “The Night Stars Come Out,” will be held on September 10th at Richlin Ballroom from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. Please join us for a wonderful evening to celebrate the vibrant business community in Harford County. Since 1976, the Chamber has worked continually to be the preferred advocate and recognized voice of business in Harford County.
