Bel Air Police Criminal Investigation Division has obtained arrest warrants for Dean Cecil Carden and Matthew Aaron White for the crimes of Burglary and Theft. Carden and White, both from Harford County, Maryland, may be in the company of Cara Michelle Kingery who is from Montgomery County, Maryland. Kingery is wanted for theft in Montgomery County, Maryland.
If you observe these suspects please contact 911 immediately, do not attempt to arrest or detain these persons on your own. You may also submit a tip to Metro Crime Stoppers @ 1-866-7LOCKUP.
