From Harford County government:
The Harford County Department of Public Works Water and Sewer Division had a force main break at the Hickory Estates Pump Station on June 25, 2014 located at 711 Bernadette Drive, Forest Hill, Maryland.
The break resulted in a sanitary sewer overflow of approximately 720 gallons. Crews contained and cleaned up the overflow at the location of the break. Sewage did not enter any waterway.
