From Harford County government:
The Offices of Economic Development and Tourism have announced Harford County’s Fifth Annual Restaurant Week. The event will be held June 2 – 14, 2014.
Restaurants in Harford County will offer prix fixe (price fixed) menus consisting of three course meals starting at $20.14 plus beverages, tax and gratuity. Limited service restaurants may offer other special values. Participants can view menu selections at www.harfordmd.com. All the participating restaurants have signs with led lights so customers know where to go.
Tourism Manager, Wini Roche, remarked that focus has been placed on food and wine in this spring’s promotion of the County. “Great restaurants are just the beginning of what Harford County offers food and wine lovers. This year during Restaurant Week order some locally produced wine or take time before or after dining to visit the wineries of our Piedmont Wine Trail.
Visitors can also explore the sweeter side of Harford County with “Foodie Road Trips”. The Tourism website currently has self-guided trails offering some of the best places in the County to enjoy strawberries and chocolate.
Roche added, “Now is the perfect time to check out our Strawberry Lovers Road Trip for more than 25 ways to enjoy strawberries, whether you pick them yourself at one of our family-friendly farms or savor them in homemade ice cream or a cupcake. Chocolate is always in season! ”

I recall the same thing, James. Last year, try as I might, I couldn’t find out who was participating. This year, there was a link on the Harford Tourism website.
