A Bel Air man was killed in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon which also injured a Joppatowne man, police said.
According to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, Robert V. Hall, 82, of the 700 block of West Ring Factory Road in Bel Air was driving southwest on the 700 block of Joppa Farm Road when his 1998 Ford Expedition crossed the center line for unknown reasons and struck a 2002 Ford Expedition operated by Antonio D. Cottrell, 48, of the 300 block of Montico Terrace in Joppatowne.
Hall was taken to MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Cottrell was taken to Johns Hopkins University Medical Center, where he was listed in good condition Monday evening, police said.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation late Monday.
