Author Tracy E. Banghart visited the Jarrettsville Library on May 22 to read excerpts from her latest novel, Shattered Veil, discuss her experiences in the self-publishing world, answer questions about her writing process and share insights into young adult literary trends.
A graduate of North Harford High School and a former Jarrettsville Library volunteer, Banghart currently lives in North Carolina with her husband who serves in the US Army. Banghart holds a Master’s Degree in Publishing and has a passion for writing exciting and uplifting adventure novels for young adult audiences. Shattered Veil is the first novel in a new trilogy series that she is continuing to write. Banghart’s previous novels include By Blood and Moon Child.
