From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in obtaining information regarding the whereabouts of Michelle Lynn Toliver, 9-25-1976. Toliver was reported as missing, and was last seen on May 2, 2014 in the Havre de Grace and Aberdeen areas of Harford County.
Toliver is described as a white female, with strawberry blonde hair and green eyes. Toliver is 5’3” tall and weighs about 120 lbs, she is 37 years of age.
Anyone with investigative information regarding Toliver’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Det. Sergent 410-836-5428

She has been missing since May 2nd and it is now the 23rd of May. So why has it taken 20 plus days to get this information out to the public? If it was one of my brother’s/sister’s/friends, Id have had this information out a lot sooner. Hope she is found.
The sad truth to your question as to why it took so long to get the word out is simple! The police are out collecting revenue for the state and local govt and that’s all their concerned with! Hell truth be known the family probably had to throw a hissy fit to get this here now!!

The last place she was seen is either Aberdeen or Havre DeGrace so which one is it? Is she working the streets? There has got to be more to this story

brian goodman how did u find out that she was safe I know her from where I used to live in Aberdeen and this place I go so I was just curious if you knew her and that’s how u know she is safe
First I must say for those of you whom think that Michelle is still missing obviously need to pay closer attention to the article considering that at the top of the page right underneath her photo it states that “Michelle Toliver was located and is Safe” just like Brian Goodman had pretty much just stated. Btw Hello Brian! I would just like to say that even though I am not Michelle’s friend any more and haven’t been friends with her for a few years now, I was still very worried about her and was afraid that something terrible might have happened to her. I am both extremely elated and greatful that she was finally found alive, unharmed, and that she is safe. I just hope and pray like hell that she does not ever go missing again and scare the living hell out of everyone and anyone that cares about her or has ever cared about her again!
Where was she all this time
The reason as to why it actually took so long for this information to come out to the public is really not as simple as you may think it may be. Plus Michelle unfortunately does not have any family, so it was definitely not her family who pushed for this news information to be released.
She was probably in a seedy motel along the Rt. 40 corridor. That neck tattoo is a clue.
