While commending our Maryland State Police for stopping and citing traffic offenders on I-95, I only wish they had the same initiative on Route 7 in front of Trinity Lutheran last May, when a negligent driver slammed me, causing permanent, debilitating injuries. My point is there are bad drivers EVERYWHERE!
