A vehicle reported stolen from Baltimore County was found on fire in a residential area of southern Bel Air Saturday night, fire officials said.
A resident of the 600 block of Plumtree Road reported the fire in the interior compartment of a 2004 Ford Expedition at approximately 11:42 p.m., according to a release from the Office of the State Fire Marshal. Eight firefighters from the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company brought the blaze under control in about 20 minutes; members of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office and Baltimore County Police Department also responded to the scene.
According to the State Fire Marshal’s Office, the vehicle’s owner reported the vehicle stolen from Baltimore County earlier that evening. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $8,000.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the State Fire Marshal’s Bel Air office at (410) 836-4844.

So the fire was in the interior of the vehicle, it took 8 Bel air firefighters 20 minutes to extinguish, I guess they were spitting on the fire. Next time try using ladders and dropping water balloons on the vehicle.

Key word here is “Baltimore.” No hurry. Happens all the time. Feel sorry for those who lost (and I HONESTLY do), but when you here “Baltimore” (Edgewood) needs room to expand occupants and residency. Probably a declined application of new residents looking to “grow.” Before you judge, ask yourself what is the 1st thing YOU think of when you here “Baltimore?” Maybe “here we go again?” Turn on the local news and what are the leading headlines? “Just in, overnight ………” Baltimore is growing sespool. Welcome to Harford county. 🙁

What would be the proper ratio? How many firefighters for how many minutes?
