Witnesses saw the teen set the fire and quickly notified 911. The fire damage was estimated at nearly $400.
The teenager was interviewed and subsequently charged with 2nd Degree Malicious Burning and Burning of a Trash Container. He was released to the custody of his parent pending actions by the Harford County Department of Juvenile Services.
Tea Bagging It says
Where did this kid get the matches or lighter to ignite this fire? Juvenile services will likely do nothing but they should make the little brat do community service scrubbing trashcans.
