These suspects are wanted in connection with a theft from the Hess Country Spirits at 4105 Norrisville Road, White Hall, which occurred on February 24th. One female distracted the clerk while the other stole items from the store. If you have any information contact the deputy listed below or one of the tip lines listed.
All information will be kept confidential.

I went to police a few weeks ago of a pill and coke ring being distributed to students at north harford…starting at apartments behind safe way in belair…ironically these girls and three boys are involved…police don’t give a shit. Still nothing done!
