A Zoning hearing is scheduled for
CASE NO. 5811: MARYLIN BRADFORD, MARIE ZELLER, SADLER EXCAVATING – 4025 Norrisville Road, Jarrettsville Special exception and variance, proposed for the Fourth Election District, 4025 Norrisville Road, Jarrettsville, by MARYLIN BRADFORD, MARIE ZELLER, CARL & ERICK SADLER, t/a SADLER EXCAVATING. Appealed because a special exception, pursuant to Section 267-88H(1) of the Harford County Code, to operate a construction services and suppliers use; a variance, pursuant Section 267-53C(1), Table 53-1, to permit a building with a side yard less than 40 feet (23 feet proposed), and with a use or building setback of less than 50 feet (23 feet proposed) from an adjacent residential lot; a variance, pursuant to Section 267-88H(1)(b), to permit commercial vehicles and equipment to be stored on the property without being entirely enclosed in a building or fully buffered from view of adjacent residential lots or public roads; and a variance, pursuant to Section 267-88H(1)(d) to permit the use without the required Type “C” buffer yard in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
CASE NO. 5816: DONALD & MARCIA CULLUM – 301 Bush Chapel Road, Aberdeen Use variance, proposed for the Second Election District, 301 Bush Chapel Road, Aberdeen, by DONALD & MARCIA CULLUM. Appealed because a use variance, pursuant to Section 267-50 of Harford County Code, to allow a kennel in the R1 Urban Residential District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
