[March 8, 2014 Whiteford, MD] — Harford County Sheriff’s detectives have charged Alexander Bryan Young, 17, as an adult with first and second degree assault after he allegedly stabbed his friend earlier today.
A 16 year old male is currently in stable condition at Johns Hopkins Bayview. The youth had spent the night at Young’s residence at 4409 Slate Ridge Road, Whiteford. The two became involved in an argument during which Young stabbed the victim in the abdomen with a knife. Members of the Whiteford Volunteer Fire Company transported the victim to Johns Hopkins Bayview where he is in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
Young was transported to Harford County Detention Center where he was charged as an adult with 1st and 2nd Degree Assault. He is currently awaiting a hearing before a Harford County District Court Commissioner.
I live 6 houses down from him and used to hang with him all the time. I would never expect him to do that!!
