From Harford County government:
Harford County Department of Public Works Carlos Smith, Project Manager and Frank Goettner Construction in Kingsville accepted a County Paving Award at the 52nd Annual Maryland Asphalt Paving Conference on Thursday, March 6, 2014.
The award was for the paving work that was completed on the Harford County Rehabilitation Project on Moores Mill Road in the fall.
The project was finished nearly five months ahead of schedule with numerous citizen accolades about the outstanding work and professionalism of the general contractor, Comer Construction in Forest Hill and County employees Carlos Smith, Site Inspectors Tom Pistel and Mark McDowell.
