(Bel Air, MD) – Gregory Scott Schott was confirmed by the Senate Executive Nominations Committee and the Senate of Maryland as a member of the State Board of Plumbing. Schott is the Chief in the Plumbing Services Division in the Harford County Department of Inspections, Licenses and Permits (DILP).
Schott applied for a position on the State Board of Plumbing in October 2012 and was later appointed by the Governor in May 2013. The nomination committee comprised of 17 Senators confirmed his appointment in February 10, 2014.
“I am truly honored to represent Harford County at this capacity in my career. It is very honorable,” said Schott.
Schott has worked for Harford County Government with DILP since September 2005. Schott will serve on the State Board of Plumbing for a term of three years from May 1, 2013.
