Sheryl Davis Kohl, president of Beacon Staffing Alternatives, received Baltimore SmartCEO’s Future 50 Award at a ceremony on January 23 at the Hunt Valley Inn. Beacon Staffing Alternatives, Inc., located in Aberdeen, is a 100 percent women-owned, strategic staffing organization that specializes in administrative staffing, IT staffing and logistics support. The company was founded in 1999 and has become the area’s most reputable, well-connected and successful temporary staffing company.
“What an honor it is to be recognized as one of Baltimore SmartCEO’s Future 50,” said Kohl. “At Beacon Staffing Alternatives, we strive to help business owners find the right people to help their companies grow and succeed. Receiving the Future 50 award shows how our company is also growing and succeeding. All of us are grateful to receive the honor.”

I wonder what advisory committee members do regarding Harford County personnel. Sounds like a do- nothing role since Harford County does what it wants to do anyway, including sending Scott Gibson to Harvard on the taxpayer’s dime.
