From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
The female pictured entered the Harford Bank in Joppa just before closing on December 14, 2013. She gave the teller what was later found to be a fraudulent check. After leaving the bank she drove away in a newer model red Dodge Charger that was occupied with three unknown black males.
Anyone with investigative information regarding the individual depicted in the photo is encouraged to contact Deputy Terry Lindsey of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office at 410-612-1717 and when prompted select #7.
Anyone with information regarding the crime who wishes to remain anonymous may report their information through the following methods listed below. Qualifying tips submitted to the tip lines below that lead to an arrest and indictment may be eligible for up to $2,000 in rewards.

WTF? I have to bring this up. We are in the 21st century here. It is 2014, and we can’t get any better pictures of this criminal? We have HD tv’s in our homes, HD cell phones in our hands, and a bank has 1970 standard definition cameras?
These pictures stink. They should put in better cameras, and/or stop posting this junk.
