From the Aberdeen Police Department:
A citizen’s tip assisted investigators in identifying a suspect the theft of the college student’s laptop. Earl D Eller, 59, of the 1200 block of Brass Mill Road in Belcamp was charged Thursday with one count of theft and was released after being served a criminal summons. The stolen property has been recovered and returned to the owner.
The suspect allegedly stole the laptop on November 16 from a nearly-blind, cerebral-palsy suffering college student who was visiting the Aberdeen Library.

If only this were the middle east where they cut off your hands for stealing. Old Earl would have been operating with a couple of nubs years ago. Someone please put earl in jail for stealing this time, he apparently isn’t getting the message it’s not acceptable behavior.

Poor Earl Can’t help his self. He was a victim of poor parent’s. it’s easier to steal then work.

So they let the vermin go with a summons. That sure does teach the bum a lesson. Next time it will be armed robbery of a convenience store. Five years hard labor would have been a more appropriate sentence.

This young man is amazing. The night that he had the laptop stolen, he was due to play at the benefit for the Maryland Conservatory at the Armory. He elected to come anyway, and gave a beautiful performance–a self-composed piano piece. The guy, Earl, could learn so much from this young man. I hope they throw the book at him.
