Harford County Sheriff’s Office investigators are seeking a suspect they said is wanted for a pair of crimes in the Rock Spring area earlier this week.
According to police, the man pictured is wanted for the burglary of the Spenceola Farms Community Center on Wednesday. A resident of the development on their way to use an exercise room at the center, located in the 1900 block of Mardic Drive, discovered the burglary at approximately 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, and called police. The above set of photos of the suspect walking past a bookshelf were obtained from that incident.
Police said the same man robbed the 7-Eleven convenience store a short distance away at midnight on Tuesday. According to investigators, the man entered the 7-Eleven on Bynum Road, inferred he had a weapon, and took an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene in a dark-colored sedan. The below set of photographs were obtained from the store’s security cameras.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the individual seen is encouraged to contact the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Detective Tammy Burns at 410-836-5043.

With all the technology that is out there these days, why is it that every single time I see pictures of criminals caught on camera the images are so unclear? I’m not a tech savvy guy but it would seem to me that these cameras would give a much clearer image of the criminal considering that’s the reason stores have them in the first place……

most exercise facilities in developments require a pass code, card or key of some type…does this mean he’s a resident?

Cut and paste from the wbal website:
He did not face charges in connection with the community center where he is a resident.
