The University of Maryland Extension – Harford County Office will host a “Horse Care 101” seminar for new and prospective horse owners on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The seminar will be held at the Harford County Extension Office, located at 2335 Rock Spring Road in Forest Hill, Maryland. “Horse Care 101” will address the care and costs associated with horse ownership as well as how to find the perfect horse for you.
