State and federal agencies will host the Open House to provide local citizens and stakeholders with information on the Conowingo Dam relicensing process and timeline.
* From 7:15-7:45 p.m., Joe Gill, Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, will present an overview and update on the hydropower facility’s relicensing process with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Space is limited for this session.
Attendees are invited to visit any or all of the following six information booths to receive more information and ask questions:

· Recreation and Land
· Flow and Debris Management
· Exelon Dam Operations

Re Open the cat walk to fishing!!! I among many would be willing to pay a fee to use it. The fees generated would more then pay for any added security measures.
