Hedley Lamarr says
Build, Build, Build and keep building, I love it. Develop ever piece of empty property, more strip malls, wal-marts, wawa’s and royal farms, open some more car dealerships on mountain road in fallston. If you don’ like it move.
Hedley Lamarr says
There is a farm past Josef’s restaurant that would be a great site for a giant Car-Max dealership. If some of the car dealers on Rt. 1 go out of business than build strip malls.
The Money Tree says
This will easily be approved – not much way to argue other than continuing traffic issues but developers always have the greater hand. It was always interesting to me that somebody would build a hospital in the location here and close it down 20 years later calling it outdated…and those same people breaking ground for Upper Chesapeake at the same time a mass of townhouses are built on the newly abandoned space which would have never been approved had the hospital not been there first. Funny how the cards just fall for some folks…

They should turn that area into a park it would be a lovely place to take the grandkids for a day of fun.
BillH says
Mitch Ensor should get an award for putting up with the stupid questions like he did. Good god people, could you get any less relevant to the subject being discussed?
Hedley Lamarr says
The little brats have enough areas to play, Build something that produces money.
Hedley Lamarr says
Strip malls are great, they bring in Tattoo shops, pawn shops etc., why should edgewood benefit from those business, let’s bring some to Fallston and bel air, spread the wealth.
Common Sense says
@Hedley Lamarr –
You don’t open a Tattoo Shop or Pawn Shop unless there are people in that geo-specific market that want tattoos and buy and sell pre-owned goods and valuables.

A waste transfer station. Smell that stank for miles, all day, everyday.
