Awesome, quickly and economically built homes literally built right next to each other. Say it ain’t so.
Lemme guess, a HOA too?
Kharn says
My understanding is HOAs are now required for any new construction projects of 4 or more houses, due to a state requirement for drainage and run-off handling and the mandate for home owners to collectively maintain it.
HOA Nazo says
Let me tell you somethin, Carnival.
The only thing that runs off is the amount of zeros on fines I write.
HA says
Yes, as if there are not a plethora of overpriced, empty, foreclosed homes in the area already.
TheMoneyTree says
Look a bunch of whiny people from harford county, what a surprise!
CreditShrub says
Look another reckless spending Libtard who hates blacks
CreditShrub says
Couldn’t be further from the truth… I know that guy and he is the biggest conservative I know. Just gets sick of hearing spoiled babies cry because they don’t like development. If you’re confused read any story dealing with the Walmart
The Money Tree says
Look the Money Tree poser is at it again – the moron who is so immature that playing pretend games on the Dagger is the best use of his time.
HOA Nazi says
You want to see whiny? Better make sure your front tires are straight when parked on the curb, or I will blow this fvcking whistle. Scuff up my curb, fined.
The Money Tree says
I mean come on guys this posing as another person is ridiculous! I’m so sick of everyone thinking that I’m the A-hole who trolls on each Dagger news story.
HOA Nazi says
Plant the wrong color flowers, or use the wrong color mulch and I will blow this fvcking whistle and start writting fines.
HOA Nazi says
Your trash can handles better be compass direction North, and South… Guess what if they aint? You getting a big god damb fine.

Is there any contact information or have there been any meeting time updates? The library says it doesn’t have a CIM scheduled for that time.
V says
Also, does anyone know in which newspapers notice for the CIM has been posted? And has anyone seen a sign posted on the property before the last three days or on any road the property is on besides Webster Lapidum? Thanks.
Mike Tarbert says
It’s about time something was done with that property. It has sat underused for years. I wish the lots were larger but, it is not my property.
The Money Tree says
Some folks differ – I find the idea that land unless used somehow by humans – dug up, planted with corn, strip mall or housing development as “underused” very sad. There is great value to underused land as you call it; right now it’s meadow that ends up being used by wildlife, birds and butterflys including the Monarch which uses wildflower meadows to rest and rejuvenate on it’s long path south. Meadow is one of the most productive wildlife environments around and also provides beauty and open space that’s getting harder and harder to come by. Plus this “underused land” creates environmental buffers where water and contaminants are naturally filtered through systems. God bless an open meadow.

The meeting was changed to Nov 14.
