And how does this help Maryland?

Go for it Kathy. Maybe with more women in the Republican Party you guys won’t come across as so asocial and preoccupied with regulating bedroom activities or the female reproductive system.

This is just collectivist baloney. Women, Men, Poor, Rich, Black, White, Gay, Straight, Young, and Old all benefit from freedom.
More rules, more laws, more regulations and more taxes create bad results for everybody, even if “women” or “brown people” are supporting them. You can’t out-liberal the Democrats and expect to win.
Mr. Moderate says
Maybe if more women Republicans get elected, the TV cameras covering Republican conventions, conferences, forums, etc, won’t get to show the overwhelming dominance of White Males.

Where did the funds come from to pay for this lalapalooza? When I vote, my selected future elected employee is not based on sex, race, political party, hetero/homosexuality, or personal appearance. My sole criterion is optimal performance/ability.
Mike Welsh says
“My sole criterion is optimal performance/ability.”
For the most part I agree with your view, however, one could make a case that using the “sole” criterion of optimal performance/ability is exactly the criteria for the NFL and NBA. Other than ability and performance of their employee, not much else matters, to the employer or the fans!

The voters in New York finally awoke to realize that some things other than just performance and ability matter. This time they considered ethics, morality and honesty as factors in selecting their possible government leaders.
