From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
This suspect is wanted in connection with the August 6, 2012 armed robbery of a residence in the 800 block Windstream Way in Edgewood. He is described as a bi-racial male, in his early 20’s, 6’0, 190 lbs. One suspect in this case was arrested in 2012 and this suspect was recently seen back in the area and is sought by police.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the individual seen is encouraged to contact the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Detective Joseph Peters at 410-836-5014.

Again a persons gait/walk is as distinctly unique as his/her fingerprint. When will it be common practice for the police department to release the actual footage, not just the grainy stills. HELP US HELP YOU. In today’s modern world I am often befuddled by local law enforcement’s inability to adapt to current technology.
Law enforcement doesn’t maintain video equipment in the mini-marts! Its the store video. Tell store owners to pay for quality cameras and digital recorders. Was on a jury and almost laughed out loud when they showed the store video. It was a VHS that was recorded over for many years. Almost lost the case because of it. It would have been a solid “no doubt about it” if the tape was as good as this one.
He’s driving a 5-series and suspected of armed robbery? Anybody want to bet that drugs are not involved?

How do drugs equate to “black jokes?” BTW – the report states he’s “bi-racial” – that’s about all I saw about any race. It’s not much of a stretch to predict, presume or surmise that someone driving a 5-series BMW (a very expensive car) and robbing people or businesses, is not holding down a job commensurate with his car costs. So how does this POS “earn” his dough? Maybe drugs, maybe some from the Gov, maybe both, but he probably isn’t receiving a paycheck and paying taxes!
