From the Aberdeen Police Department:
[July, 24, 2013- Aberdeen, MD] Today is the one-year anniversary of the armed kidnapping of Vi Ripken. Mrs. Vipken was abducted at gunpoint from her residence and driven around for twenty-three plus hours before being returned unharmed. The investigation is still active.
Investigators are asking that the media display the suspect photos, sketch and video that had been previously provide during the investigation. No additional details regarding the suspect or his motive have been developed.

I have always said the ‘person of interest’ or the ‘suspect’ in this case looks like a woman to me and not a man. Appears to be a woman dressed as a man. IMO.
This is crazy how they cant seem to find this person. All the clear images of this guy at Wal*Mart and stuff and no leads at all?? Come on this is fishy, maybe Cal or Billy was in a disguise.
Likely to be and out of stater. but had excellent intel on Miss ripken. would suggest he is or was ex military,likely to have been tanks etc.

If only MD had CCW and she was packing she could’ve blown this nutjob straight to hell.
If MD had concealed she may not have been kidnapped because the kidnapper couldn’t be sure if she had a gun or not.
Wondering why the Aberdeen Police still have “no comment” I feel there is much more to this story then we are led to believe.
