From Harford County government:
The Harford County Community Mediation Program (HCCMP), within the Harford County Department of Community Services, recently participated in the 2013 Access to Justice Award presentations during the Maryland Judicial Conference in Cambridge, Maryland.
The Harford County Community Mediation Program won the “Outstanding Program of the Year Award” from the Maryland Access to Justice Commission. The award was presented to HCCMP, along with 16 other centers and Community Mediation Maryland. The award recognizes programs and projects that are well planned and executed, improve access to justice for Marylanders, and contribute significantly to enhancing the rights, protections, services and opportunities that the law and the legal system provide.
The Harford County Community Mediation Program is a part of the Harford County Department of Community Services and offers mediation and facilitation services at no charge to the citizens of Harford County.
