tear down watervale road bridge completely
The Money Tree says
Of all the projects in the works the most ill advised and wasteful is the Watervale bridge project. It’s was unwanted and unneeded so matter what they say and it requires seizing private property to accomplish what they want. Bridge could have been replaced or repaired in it’s present location for a bunch less cost but for reasons I’m quite suspicious of that’s not what planning chose to do.

Put a flyover from I95S to 24N and eliminate the stop light on 24S, the way the project should have been built from the beginning.
