The 703 Baltimore pike property is the owned by Meir Duke (formerly a drug dealer out of Baltimore, who also was involved in multiple lawsuits for his shady real estate dealings, as well as stole thousands of dollars from the city). I sure hope he doesn’t plan to run that dental office, the last thing we need in Bel Air is more drug dealers and prescription pill poppers….
Whatever he’s petitioning for, I hope the board votes it down.
