From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
Sheriff’s deputies have exhausted a number of investigative leads and are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspect pictured below. On December 12, 2012 deputies responded to the Family Dollar Store at 1829 Pulaski Highway for a report of a fraud. Store employees reported an unknown black male customer had presented a fraudulent check to the store in the amount of $100. Deputies are hopeful that with these pictures from the store surveillance video someone may know this suspect.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Larry DeFazio at 443-409-3333. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

“unknown black male” is accused of committing a crime…in Edgewood…hmmm
That never happens…
Fed up says
Due to the quality from the $1.00 camera, we either have a black male – 5’7″, 180 lbs or a 5’3″ tall white female that is 8 months pregnant and spent too much time in a tanning booth. What is up with these “security cameras?” Is this really the industry standard? You can fit a high-def camera in a pen these days but every security camera picture we seem to see is a daguerrotype photo from the Civil War! No wonder these guys are never picked up – these pictures don’t even narrow the search by sex or race! Good luck HC Sheriffs – and if you do catch this clown can we please see his actual mug shot next to these “images?”
