Wake Up MD says
While I hope it never happens, has anyone else thought what will happen when some Columbine nut, Aurora nut V.T. nut or CT nut shoots up and kills a bunch of people in MD? Heck, forget the gun, how about stabs a bunch of people to death or blows people up. Or sinks their car with their 6 kids inside and then chickens out and swims to safety. Guess what……NO DEATH PENALTY IN MD. This piece of garbage would be locked up in our prison system until he died. There would always be a constant reminder to the families on what this piece of garbage did to their families.
Or how about the locked up nut with a life sentence with no parole who then kills another inmate or a correctional officer. What are we going to do, give him three life sentences? Really?
Steve Jacobs says
The death penalty is not a deterrent. After convicted, by the time they are put to death the crime is a distant memory. Also legal costs are footed by the taxpayer. Life without parole is the least expensive.
zipman says
Steve, so keep voting for the ass…es in Annapolis and you’ll keep getting what you deserve.
lowlife politicians that only want to play with power, and no regard for the people of this state.
old wise man once said politicians are a reflection of the people that vote for them. Steve have you looked into the mirror?
