From the Harford County Sheriff’s Office:
On Friday March 22, 2013 at 8:50pm, Harford County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Jacki’s Intimate Boutique at 1634 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, Maryland for a report of an armed robbery.
Upon arriving deputies made contact with the store clerk who told police a white male, 20-25 years of age, 170-180lbs, wearing a black bandana covering the lower portion of his face, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and light colored jeans entered the business. He approached the clerk displaying a handgun and demanded the money from the register. She gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money from the register. The suspect left the store and immediately ran west on the eastbound shoulder of Rt. 40 (Pulaski Highway). There were several patrons in the store at the time of the robbery however they were not approached by the suspect and no injuries were reported.
Witnesses reported seeing a dark colored two door Toyota Corolla or Nissan Sentra drive east toward the Hatem Bridge with its lights off immediately after the robbery. The vehicle was parked a short distance away and in the same direction the suspect fled after committing the robbery.
Deputies are also investigating if this is the same suspect involved in two armed robberies in Bel Air earlier this week. The Subway in Greenbrier Hills Shopping Center on Churchville Road was robbed on March 20th at approximately 9:15pm and several hours later, at approximately 4:00am on March 21st, the Royal Farm Store at Rt. 543 and Churchville Road was robbed.

Would it be prudent to name this fella “The One Dollar Dildo Bandit”?

These boys should run for public office in Maryland. Once elected, they can steal millions without any fear of retribution.

I’m sure the new gun laws would have stopped this…..

I sure hope OWE’Malley address’s this concern. Oh…..more laws for the Law Abiding citizens? Guess he did.

Today you can take an amazing photograph with even the cheapest of cell phones or cameras. So why is it that every store/bank camera can only produce a grainy 1960s quality photo? We might be able to recognize these guys when they don’t all look like Super Mario running out of a pizza joint! How ’bout an upgrade in cameras??
WalMartLP says
These stores definitely could get better security cameras but if you’d like to know the reason why the quality is usually so poor is because the better quality imaging generally takes up more recording space. In order to get a good quality video or still photo the stores would have to either upgrade to a larger hard drive or swap out recording DVR’s more frequently and this is often where store owners are not willing to kick out the extra money. Not saying its a good reason, just providing an explanation. An example of this is how old digital cameras used to be able to get thousands of pictures on a 1 gig memory card and with the new 14+ megapixel cameras people need several gigabytes to store much less. When you apply this to video the requirements are much greater.

Well then…until they make the upgrade, Super Mario is going to have a field day because aside from a gray hooded sweatshirt, the rest is nothing but pixels and fuzz. I sure hope nobody gets hurt during his shopping spree, except him of course!

If they should upgrade the camera system, I’m not going back. I’ll get my intimate needs at another shop with a dated camera system. Don’t need my peeps seeing me make a purchase or comparative pricing those items.
