Harford County Special Education Citizen’s Advisory Committee: Promoting Interpersonal Skills in Children with Social Challenges

Does your child or teen have trouble making friends, keeping friends, or getting along with others at school or in the community? If so, you won’t want to miss this month’s Harford County Special Education Citizen’s Advisory Committee (SECAC) meeting!

We will be welcoming Harriette Wimms, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist, to present on the topic of Promoting Interpersonal Skills in Children With Social Challenges. Dr. Wimms is the Director of Inpatient Pediatric Psychology Services at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. She is also adjunct psychology faculty at Stevenson University where she teaches Human Growth and Development.
