From the Maryland State Police:
(Aberdeen, Md.) On February 2, 2013 at approximately 12:40 p.m. troopers from the Maryland State Police Bel Air Barrack responded to Pulaski Highway (US Route 40) at Mitchell Lane for a single vehicle collision, involving a 1992 black Acura Integra, operated by Joseph Rohrbaugh, 25, of Baltimore, Maryland.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the Acura was traveling westbound on Pulaski Highway approaching Mitchell Lane. The driver lost control, slid sideways and struck a guardrail abutment. Rohrbaugh was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Eastbound Pulaski Highway, between MD 543 and Spesutia Road was closed for approximately three hours while troopers investigated the collision.

yeah it’s a life changing event, but it doesn’t call for words like the ones spoken. I lost my parents and I didn’t do half of the cussing here. Shows what type of people are.
