Police are searching for two suspects who robbed an Abingdon McDonald’s Friday night.
According to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office, on Friday at approximately 7 p.m. two men entered the restaurant, located on the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard in Abingdon.
Police said one suspect, described as a 6-foot-tall black man wearing all black with white or gray work gloves and a black beanie cap, approached the manager. A second suspect, described as 5-feet, 8-inches tall and wearing a black hooded jacket, a black beanie hat, and black gloves, stood nearby.
The first man “inferred” his accomplice had a gun, and demanded the manager give him money from the restaurant. The manager complied, and the suspects fled the business. No patrons present at the time were robbed, and no weapon was actually displayed, according to Sheriff’s Office spokesman Edward Hopkins.
A search of the area by uniformed deputies and K-9 units was unsuccessful.
