A Dundalk man was arrested Tuesday for the murder of a man found in a downtown Bel Air apartment two days earlier, police said.
Victor L. Colbert, 31, of the 100 block of William Wade Avenue in Dundalk was apprehended by members of the regional Warrant Apprehension Task Force, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Edward Hopkins said, following an investigation led by the Bel Air Police Department.
Colbert is charged with second-degree murder and first and second degree assault in the death of Rodney Holmes Smith, 52. Smith was found in his apartment in the 200 block of Baltimore Pike just after 8 a.m. Sunday morning.
