“It we always do what we have always done-we will always get what we have always gotten” by unknown author. So if we (the Edgewood Community) are either satisfied with the way things are or think that our community is at least heading in the right direction-then we should continue to do what we have been doing.
bad bad bad says
The Livability Code? Wasn’t that a government takeover of housing in Harford County? Baaad republicans.
new blood needed says
The quote at the end is a favorite used by the long time president of the ECC, Jansen Robinson. But despite the intended message of the quote this group continues to do the same old thing which impedes the type of change they want – economic development, reduction in crime, and a higher standard of living for Edgewood residents. Even the number of community residents attending meetings is down since the ECC moved their meetings from the community center in Edgewood to the sheriffs new southern precinct building in Joppa. Go figure.
Curious says
First, what is the definition of a “quality of life” issue? Who defines them? How are they remedied?
really? says
This should be an interesting conversation.
