Bill says
Spice should be illegal but look no further the Dr.Joushua Sharfstein in Q Malleys closet( He is in charge of DHMH). He claims that we cannot make it illegal because of Commerce Laws. This crap affects adolescents and adults every day Just ask the staff at upper Chesapeake. They(state officals)do remain concerned about Bath Salts and this was made illegal. Spice is used 20-1 against Bath Salts. Again ask the Folks at Upper Chesapeake? I wonder how little old Ocean City and Baltimore County Banned the sale, but not Harford county Hickville?
